Given that matcha has been testing really high for heavy metals, I’m glad to have been using Kettl for years now. I appreciate the quality and I don’t mind riding the shortage wave. I think the quality is worth the wait. I also appreciate Kettl working directly with these “single minded farmers”, its why I loved Kettl from day 1. Small batch but with this level of attention and care is so rare. I will continue to support Kettl for years to come. Stone milled club for the win.
